Why So Long?

Yeah, I know it's been quite a while since I've been here. I've been collecting info but real estate changes were so incredibly fast that by the time I would post something, it would change again. The news was not very good anyway.

Also, I sometimes think I'm talking to myself and decided to spend time elsewhere. Where? Facebook. Found it fun reconnecting with old friends and keeping up with friends and relatives without having to spend time talking individually to them. Enjoy what other people are thinking and doing.

The market was so bad for a while that I found myself almost be semi-retired and didn't like that feeling. After beating my head against the wall decided to be more productive. All realtors have had their struggles with Short Sales and REO (real estate owned properties by banks). That's another subject in itself involving lots of frustration and unhappy sellers and buyers trying to get the bank to take action. They have been and continue to be overwhelmed. No one was prepared for what the economy and market would do. However, with all the money the banks are making you would think they would be a little more resourceful.
