How do you get your way?

There is a book entitled "Little Green Book of Getting Your Way" which sounds like it would be a fun book to read. It is written by Jeffrey Gitomer and might be a fun book to read that could provide some insight. It sounds like a good book for sales people but I know others would benefit as well. Things I've heard within are "Getting your way is the gateeway to getting what you want," "To get your way, you have to be able to convince others. To get your way, you have to be able to influence others. Getting your way is not just about you. Sometimes geting your way means letting the other person have it their way as well." It has been recomended so who knows, I might even buy it.
